Thank you for shopping with Jarrah and Grace. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@jarrahandgrace.com.

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours and any safe drop locations. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at info@jarrahandgrace.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jarrahandgrace.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
