Refund policy

At Jarrah and Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale items, gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jarrahandgrace.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your purchase back without first receiving a return authorisation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@jarrahandgrace.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@jarrahandgrace.com.
