Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. After shipping, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days via Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Standard shipping is always free. An express delivery option is available at checkout.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that are processed the next business day.

Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to your email once your package has shipped.

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. See our Refund Policy.

Email us at info@jarrahandgrace.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error — a wrong, defective or damaged item. In that case we cover everything.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund is processed and we notify you by email.

Yes. All payment information is encrypted during transfer. Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
